Within 6 Months of Purchase: We’ll replace or reattach the charm at no cost for the charm service itself. You simply cover the shipping fee to send the suit to us, and we’ll cover the shipping to return it back to you.
Beyond 6 Months: We still have your back! After 6 months, we offer charm replacement for a small service fee, with the same shipping arrangement—you cover shipping it to us, and we’ll cover sending it back.
We always recommend rinsing after salt or chlorine exposure to keep your charms sparkling.
